Cobus du Plessis
Executive Director and Minor Shareholder of the Company
- Obtained his B-Proc degree in 1983, through Unisa, and served in the Department of Justice for 11 Years, inter alia ,as Prosecutor and Magistrate
- Specialised in Criminal Law from 1991 until 1999 after which he joined Me Ramsurjoo in a Civil Practice, which later, in 2001 gave birth to the Company
- Qualified Conveyancer since 2007
- Fellow Arbitrator of the Association of Arbitrators Southern Africa since 2021
- Specialised course in Construction Law 2021
- Specialised course in Business Rescue Procedures 2023
- Specialises in, Arbitrations, Commercial Contracts , Commercial Litigation and Construction Law.
Keshnee Ramsurjoo
Non-Executive Director and Main Shareholder
- Obtained her B.Proc Degree at the University of Natal, Durban Campus in 1991
- Successfully attended a Tax Practice Course and obtained a Diploma through the then Rand Afrikaans University during 1999
- Attended and completed a Judicial Skills Training Course during July 2013
- Started a career in Civil, Commercial and Family Law in 1994, and was co-founder of the Company in 2001.
- Serve currently, adhoc, on the Disciplinary Committee of the Legal Practice Council of Gauteng
